Joshua Seals

Lead Tech, Owner

Joshua is a Mooresville native and UNC Chapel Hill graduate who brings a unique mix of technical expertise and customer-first values to Seals Heating & Cooling. Before launching the company, he worked in corporate strategy at Rheem Manufacturing, a global leader in HVAC systems, where he developed a passion for heating and cooling technology.

After training and working as a technician, Joshua noticed a consistent lack of communication and service quality in the industry. Determined to change that, he founded Seals Heating & Cooling to deliver care and professionalism on every job.

Joshua’s approach is rooted in honesty, reliability, and treating every home like his own. Today, he and his wife Alison work together to serve their community with integrity—bringing small-town values to every job across Central North Carolina.

Alison Seals

Customer Service, Owner

Alison co-owns Seals Heating & Cooling with her husband Joshua and oversees customer service and daily operations. Raised in the Lake Norman area, she brings a background in public accounting that helps her manage the business with professionalism and precision.

While not out in the field, Alison plays a vital role behind the scenes—ensuring every call is handled with care, every appointment runs smoothly, and each customer receives honest, transparent communication from start to finish.

Her approach is grounded in faith, integrity, and service. Alison is committed to making sure homeowners feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the HVAC process from first contact to final resolution.

Liam

Service Tech

Liam brings a strong background in hands-on work and home construction to his role at Seals Heating & Cooling. Raised in Mooresville and a graduate of Lake Norman High School, Liam began his career in carpentry, installing cabinetry in new construction homes.

His passion for working with his hands and helping people led him back to the Lake Norman area, where he joined the Seals team to pursue a long-term career in HVAC and grow his skills in a service-driven environment.

Today, Liam blends his technical ability with a dedication to customer care—helping families stay comfortable in their homes all year long through honest, dependable HVAC service.

Benjamin

Service Tech

Benjamin brings a strong work ethic and hands-on problem-solving skills to his role as a technician at Seals Heating & Cooling. Originally from Davidson, North Carolina, Benjamin grew up in the area and takes pride in serving the community that shaped him.

His interest in HVAC was sparked by a passion for mechanical systems and a desire to build a meaningful career through skilled trade work. Drawn to Seals for its family-oriented culture, he values the opportunity to grow professionally in an environment that feels like home.

Today, Benjamin combines technical know-how with a commitment to reliable service ensuring every job is done right and every customer feels cared for.
